Enjoy a relaxed weekend with the latest Sommkind of Brunch! The brunch menu starts with a good deal of sharing appetisers, including a bread basket filled with sea salt and sesame brioche feuilletée, croissants, and sourdough. Also served are the home-smoked Tasmanian salmon with sour cream ikura and blinis, venison and foie gras pâté en croûte with mulled wine quince compote, fresh oysters, and more. To continue, there is a choice of main courses, among which we particularly enjoyed the yellow chicken with black winter truffle. To round off the brunch experience, the selection of four desserts includes a chocolate soufflé with cacao sorbet and pancakes with banana and toasted pecan nuts. The Sommkind of Brunch menu comes with a 90-minute free-flow of sparkling wine, cocktails, juice, and sparkling tea. For more upscale pours, the Special and the Royale free-flow packages are also available.
