Gingers is offering a variety of at-home buffets or a sit-down meal package for the festivities. Its Just The Turkey package is self-explanatory, while Ginger’s festive simple buffet, for a minimum of 10 people, includes a whole roasted turkey with trimmings, honey mustard sausages, stuffing and sauces, bourbon-glazed ham, salads, and a clementine trifle and spiced pear cake for dessert! For bigger parties of at least 20 people, the buffet also includes a special Christmas nut roast.
The festive sit-down party package with chef serves a minimum of eight people and includes a choice of two canapés, a choice of starter between chorizo pumpkin pie, mushroom vol-au-vent, tomato bisque with grilled cheese, or chicken and pork terrine. For the main course, we recommend going for the turkey served with sausage, stuffing, and cranberry puff, but you could also go for lamb and pumpkin pie, beef tenderloin, porchetta with mash and vegs, or stuffed butternut squash!
