Star Ferry

For something a little less conventional, how about taking your wedding to Victoria Harbour? Star Ferry is one of Hong Kong’s most beloved icons, having sailed commuters between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon for over 130 years. It may not be an obvious choice, but it’s got all the right makings for the perfect nautical-themed wedding: retro naval décor paired with timeless wood-panel flooring, and breathtaking views of the harbour and the city’s glittering skylines. No matter where you turn, you have a glorious backdrop to complement your nuptial celebrations! Click here for more information.

Tai O Heritage Hotel

Tai O may be a humble fishing village, but it’s also (surprisingly) home to a gorgeous colonial-style boutique hotel. The building used to be the old Tai O Marine Police Station, but has since been restored and is now a charming nine-room hotel. Nestled on the tip of Lantau Island, the hotel is surrounded by forests and faces a breathtaking sea view. It even has an option for a special wedding sampan ride! The hotel’s small size means you may be able to book it out completely for your party, making for the ultimate exclusive celebration.
