Fitness enthusiasts are in for a treat this May, as the Hong Kong Fitness + Wellness Expo is returning for another year of friendly competitions, challenging classes, and fun-filled activities for you to push yourself to your limit. Designed for all levels, this is the perfect event for you to improve your routine with tips from experts or try your hand at something new. Overview

On 13 and 14 May, participants will arrive to find the Asia World Expo transformed into a fitness paradise complete with six major zones of activities and products for sale from leading well-being and fitness brands in the city. Mainstage

The Mainstage makes its return this year with a series of yoga and fitness classes, Pilates sessions, and demonstrations from industry professionals and fitness influencers, who will be on hand to impart expert tips on how you can take your workout to the next level.

Gym Village

The Gym Village offers an inclusive space for all to try their hand at using various fitness machines. With professional instructors on-site to talk you through any routine, this zone is perfect for those new to the gym to learn more about what equipment and experiences to expect and for gym lads and lasses to hone their skills in their upcoming sessions.

Hyrox Fitness Race

The renowned German fitness race Hyrox returns by popular demand for those who are up for a challenge. The high-intensity race consists of eight different sets of functional training interspersed with eight one-kilometre runs. Participants can enter the race as a single, double, or relay team in groups of four—the latest category to be added to the Hyrox race in Asia, which make the race available to a more diverse range of abilities.

Spin and Dance Stages

Due to popular demand, two new stages will be added to the Fitness + Wellness Expo’s line-up this year. Partnering with Re:Nation, the Spin Stage lets you ride to the beat in a series of cardio and functional workshops, whilst the Dance Stage presents workshops dedicated to a wide variety of dance styles, including fitness dance lessons, street dance, and a cultural series that features Bollywood, Latin, and African dances.

Sports and Leisure Expo

Once you’re all tired out from your workouts, head over to the Sports and Leisure Expo and shop for all the holistic well-being items your heart desires. With over 100 leading health and wellness brands gathering at the Fitness + Wellness Expo, this is the perfect time for you to stock up on the products you need to aid you on your fitness journey.

Ticketing

Both day tickets and packages are available for purchase. The standard ticket offers you one-day access to the Fitness + Wellness Expo. The premium ticket offers additional access to all stage programmes available on the day. There are two types of VIP premium tickets available, one offering additional access to fitness influencer Coffee Lam’s yoga class, and the other to famed Pilates instructor Jumbo Tsang’s class. Participation in the Hyrox Fitness Race comes at an additional cost and prices vary for single, double, and relay categories.

The leading fitness fashion brand and sponsor for the Fitness + Wellness Expo, Nike, will be giving out 1,000 premium tickets for free! Eligible only for Nike members, stay tuned on the member homepage for more details on how you can redeem your ticket.

Getting there

You can get to Asia World Expo near the Hong Kong International Airport by car or taxi if you’re looking for the fastest route. If you’re travelling by MTR, the Airport Express line, starting from Hong Kong Station, will take you to the AsiaWorld-Expo Station
