Get ready for the largest water festival the city has ever seen! Since its first event in 2015, S2O Songkran Music Festival has become one of the most popular events for music and dance buffs around the world who enjoy their tunes with hydric cooldown. Now arriving in Hong Kong on 5 and 6 August, the first-ever S2O in town promises to wow city dwellers with a unique combination of festival craze, traditional customs, and wild music.

Drawing inspiration from the Thai festival of Songkran, celebrated annually in the month of April with the splashing of water that calls forth the Thai New Year, S2O offers festival-goers a one-of-a-kind water park experience that lets you splash around while moving and grooving to the tunes of famous DJs and local and regional artists.

World-class DJs will take over the main stage, offering the best beats so you can splash along in style and cool down in the August heat. The exciting line-up includes Ben Nicky from the UK, sister electronic dance duo Krewella, and Nicky Romero, one of the top DJs in the world. Apart from the Main Splash Zone, those who would prefer to leave Central Harbourfront dry and airy can head over to the second Non-wet Zone, where local artists will offer sets of soothing tunes so participants can relax and chill.

S2O Hong Kong Songkran Music Festival will take place at Central Harbourfront Event Space in August, and tickets are on sale now via PopTicket. Get yours before they sell out!
